Return and Exchange Policy

1. You can return or exchange your new device within 7 days of the purchase date or the date of delivery (for home delivery devices), provided it is unused and in its original condition, and you present the original electronic purchase invoice.
2. If the cardboard box has been opened and the original packaging removed, and the product has not been used, a 30% deduction will be applied to the device's value
3. To complete the return and exchange process, the original cardboard box, instruction manual, and all included accessories must be returned
4. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, installed, or are defective due to misuse
